Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) invites all to attend its Community Arts Day Open House on Sunday, July 20, 2025. The free community event will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 230 San Antonio Circle, Mountain View, CA 94040.
Residents from Mountain View and nearby communities can get to know their local arts center through a range of activities for kids, teens, and adults. The open-house style event will feature live music, a food truck, hands-on art and music activities, drop-in classes, community art projects, face painting for kids, instrument exploration, jazz performances and choral singing, and the opportunity to meet members of CSMA’s faculty and staff.
CSMA requests that attendees pre-register at the ticket link on our web page.
“We’re excited to host this popular event again in 2025 and look forward to celebrating Silicon Valley’s creative community,” said Erin Brownfield, Director of Marketing and Communications. “CSMA relaunched Community Arts Day in 2024, after a hiatus during the pandemic. In its first year back, more than 500 people attended, with many families staying for the entire event. We’re excited to bring back favorite activities–including the paint splatter wall!–again in 2025.”
Founded in 1968, the Community School of Music and Arts is Northern California’s largest non-profit provider of arts education programs. With a $7 million annual budget and a 160-member staff team and faculty, CSMA is one of the largest community arts organizations in the United States. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, CSMA is dedicated to making the arts and arts education accessible to all, regardless of age, experience, background, or financial means.
