private art lessons bay area

CSMA matches private art lesson students with faculty members best suited to help identify and support each student’s goals. Art lessons may focus on skill building with instruction on techniques in a particular media, such as charcoal drawing or watercolor painting, or may focus on a mix of visual art media. Lessons are also offered in portfolio building for personal, academic or professional use. Faculty will review and guide enhancement of a body of work, whether for preparing a portfolio for college applications or selecting work to submit for an exhibition.

Private art lessons take place once a week at a regularly scheduled time and may be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length. Visual art materials and equipment are provided by the student and not included in tuition.
