private art lessons bay area

CSMA offers private art lesson students the opportunity to work with faculty members who will help identify and support their goals. Art lessons may focus on skill building with instruction on techniques in a particular media, such as charcoal drawing or watercolor painting. Lessons are also offered in portfolio building for personal, academic or professional use. Faculty will review and guide enhancement of a body of work, whether for preparing a portfolio for college applications or selecting work to submit for an exhibition.

Private art lessons take place once a week at a regularly scheduled time and may be 45 or 60 minutes in length. Visual art materials and equipment are provided by the student and not included in tuition.

The new student questionnaire is available for a two week period starting on the first day of the relevant semester. Please see our website for the Art School Calendar. After this time, the form will be closed until the next semester.
