Teaching Philosophy

I love beginning students and watching them find their potential and grow into drummers.  After starting with the basic rudiments and working with them on a drum set, I teach students how to be part of a band, become open to creativity and groove with the beats.  I help drummers become more confident and take on leadership roles.  “If music be the food of love, play on.” – William Shakespeare
