Marija Gosic has an extensive background in music theory, music education, organ performance, and private piano teaching. She brings over 10 years of teaching experience with her as a well-rounded, whole musician teacher with training from the oldest and most prestigious Arts University in Serbia.
Marija pursued her music education at the University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, where she earned four collegiate music degrees: a B.A. in Music Pedagogy, a B.A. in Organ Performance, an M.A. in Organ Performance, and a Specialist Degree in Music Theory. She is also currently completing the RCM Elementary PIano Teaching Certification and is very excited to become an officially certified RCM teacher.
Marija has over ten years of experience as a music teacher for various Serbian primary and secondary Music Schools, as well as running her own private piano lesson practice since 2006. As a Music School teacher, Marija provided private lessons on a variety of music subjects, including piano, solfeggio, music theory, harmony, and counterpoint. She has also successfully prepared many students for music exams from elementary to academic levels.
