Dedicated to making the arts accessible, he founded a nonprofit musical theater academy in Lima, Peru, providing children and teenagers from low-income families with a safe space to explore their creativity. His work has played a key role in expanding theater throughout the city while also fostering inclusion and diversity by creating queer-safe spaces for teenagers. He led the academy as a teacher, choreographer and director for two years and now continues to oversee its operations.
As the co-founder of Bolder, an event production company specializing in music, festivals, and theater performances, he continues to shape the cultural scene. His artistic journey includes multiple musical theater productions and memorable TV appearances. Additionally, he is a published artist with music available on multiple streaming platforms.
Beyond the stage, Alexander holds two certifications in Digital Marketing and Media from the Peruvian Institute of Marketing, strengthening his ability to merge the arts with business and outreach.
Now based in the Bay Area, he is committed to furthering his knowledge and impact in the arts while continuing to create safe and creative spaces. When not immersed in the world of theater and music, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his cats.
