This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Community School of Music and Arts Terms of Use. The term “CSMA,” “we,” and “us” includes Community School of Music and Arts and our affiliates and subsidiaries. The Privacy Policy explains how CSMA may:

information we obtain through the “Site.” The “Site” means any website, including http://www.arts4all.org/ and CSMA’s registration services hosted at http://register.asapconnected.com/, and Internet service under the control of Community School of Music and Arts, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing information about CSMA’s activities, faculty, and classes and an online platform for registering for classes, workshops, lessons, and camps at CSMA.

 

“Personal Information” can be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. “Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

The Site Collects Your Information

  • register or change a registration for classes, camps, lessons, or workshops;
  • donate to CSMA; and
  • communicate with us.

Registration for CSMA Activities
You may use the Site to register for classes, camps, lessons, workshops, and other activities. To register for such activities, you will need to provide Personal Information, such as your name, student’s name, address, telephone number, email address, gender, and date of birth. You may also provide other characteristic information, such as: ethnicity; income; and a student’s personality, learning disabilities, or special needs.

 

Making Payments
When you make payments through the Site such as to pay for a course or donate to CSMA, you may need to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our third-party service providers. CSMA may collect financial account information you provide on any forms you submit to CSMA outside the Site.

 

Communications with CSMA
We may collect Personal Information through your communications with our faculty, customer-support team, or others through the Site.

We will use information, including Personal Information, to provide the classes, camps, lessons, workshops, and other activities. For example, we provide your name and other information to the faculty teaching the classes you will attend.

We may send email to the email address you provide to us to verify your registration and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, or system maintenance. We will also send you the CSMA email newsletter if you choose to sign up for it.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at privacy@arts4all.org. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
