Teaching Philosophy

Combining with music history and theory, Shu’s goal is to give her students the capability to present a variety of music genres. She focuses on her students knowing different ways of playing with legato, producing different qualities of sound and having the ability to play with a large range of dynamic levels. They will be able to have an integrated understanding of playing the piano, helping them develop into unique and mature pianists.
