About All Cells from Cells
The exhibition includes monoprints and artists’ books which celebrate the 50 trillion cells in every human body, but also the entire ecosystem of our planet. The invented organisms express Manske’s exploration of wonder, beauty, interconnectedness, reason, traits, healing, evolution and death. He uses both traditional and digital printmaking and book publishing processes to create one-of-a-kind and limited-edition works on paper.
