Digital Photography Summer Camp Instructor

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devise curriculum and teach photography and editing/workflow skills to 9-13yos in a classroom/lab setting
  • Teach foundations of composition, technical instruction, Photoshop, and some simple alternative photography/print methods
  • Report to Visual Arts Program Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Relevant art degree (masters preferred) or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong background in photography required. Successful candidates should have experience with Adobe Photoshop and be comfortable with a range of cameras, as well as technical acumen with Mac
  • Must have prior experience working with children in a classroom setting and strong classroom management skills
  • Commitment to CSMA goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
